chassis bracing

this US company has a few chassis braces, for both the top and the bottom of the car.

I've seen the rear one before on American e-bay, but the guy wouldn't ship to the UK! Have you bought any of these and had them shipped over? They are really good bits of kit, know anyone going to the US on holiday soon? They could carry a few back!!

the front braces look great, but i'm still fairly sceptical about the effect of rear braces on an e30 saloon. more suited to people running proper rear coilovers i expect. to stiffen up the rear end you'd really need to stiffen up the rear subframe and mounts.

if you look their rear braces are bolted to the chassis as well as the top mount..

you are right though! most are for show only, unless you have coilovers
