Hi,

How would an E30 touring fair as a track slag? It'll probably be heveyer, but do they handle much diferently? are they the same wheelbase?

Thanks

They handle very well, the extra weight over the rear help balance the slighlt nose heavy e30

Regards to being good for a track car check out my build, (i will finish it one day)

Thanks, yours is looking great so far!

I'm planning more of a budget slag and then reshell later. Love the look of the touring on track :D

almost perfect 52/48 weight distribution in a touring.ive never driven a saloon e30 in anger so i dont know how it compares to thrashing my touring. my touring handles very well.

For a budget touring (must be 325i)

Strip it
Slam it
Replace bushes with poly
Fit LSD

With this done you will have so much fun :D

how much do LSDs go for? Sport versions had them as standard didn't they?

Found a white one near by so will try and view tomorrow.
