Anyone got experience or info on removing the dash & keeping the car road legal? Ive found a good link on here for removing the dash (LHD)

You only need a speedo, light switch and hazard light switch to be legal, but its sensible to keep the warning lights etc as well. I've seen a few track cars with just the standard clocks mounted on the horizontal bracket behind the steering wheel, a bit further back from the standard position. If you want to keep it tidy as a road car it would look better in some kind of fabricated pod though. Also the heater box and vents looks a bit pants without the dash covering but no worries if you're not too concerned about how it looks.

Just for information, if you're planning to use the car at the 'Ring it will need a dash - even if you're using harnesses.
