what upgrades for 325 rear brakes

what options are available for my race car rear brakes ,i already have evo7 front brembos ,any ideas much appreciated

Just decent pads will be fine. I have Mintex 1155s on the back; after a day at Llandow and 50 'Ring laps they never faded and haven't worn much either. Noticeably better braking, too.
