Why did you start with a 4 door shell? 2 door is obviously much better and the bare shell is the cheap part of preparing a track/race car.

For no reason other than cost. I saw the car for sale at cheap money with the potential to sell the extras for at least the cars value. That gave me a starting point where I had a good strong working car for free.

It might be worth explaining to me why the 2 door is obviously much better too :roll:

Is it stronger? 4-door has strengthened B posts to retain rigidity. I have heard it is stronger than a 2-door

Is it lighter? I have no idea

started fitting mine today, it was made for an alfa 146 but it was cheap and seams like it will fit the e30 with a few mods
