Feeling the need for a trackday

MSV are running a day at Snetterton this saturday (28th Jan). Im taking my 325i sport and my brother (also a zoner) is taking his 318is. It would be good to see a few more E30's up there. Cost is Ԛ£149 and its open pit lane too, just hope it doesn't snow!

I will be at this as wellԚ…. First one of the year and on H&R Coilovers.. Weather looks good, bit cold but dry..

I just can't wait to get back out on track, It's been driving me nuts waiting for the first track day of the season!

I am in Gee's old 318is which I have nicely fettled and fine tuned and I can't wait to give her some serious stick on a proper circuit!

Let's hope it doesn't snow cos if they close the track I will be very grumpy, the need for speed must be fulfilled on Saturday with some serious track action.....

What a great day, no snow but bl**dy cold and slippy to start off with. Loads of track time too. Slarty-Bartfast your M50 engined E30 is a great piece of kit you must be chuffed to bits with it? It was great to get out in my 325i sport and wring it's neck at Snett, it def had the legs on Bens 318is on the straights but that little 4-pot let him turn in far better than I could. We were both on the same kumho rubber and in similarly prepped cars so it was a really fair comparison that saw my sport marginally quicker over the course of a lap. Great fun and got it home in 1 piece too which always helps. Whens the next 1? I have some pics from the day but my e-mail is messing about so will post them as soon as I have sorted it.
