What spark plugs?

Anybody got some recommendations on spark plugs? Is it worth going for iridiums? What have you found?

I say stick to originals tried the 4 prong type plugs make car run worse.
Unless car is highly modified then not sure what to recommend

I've always used the NGK plugs on mine.

Have heard iridiums and M20's don't mix well..

i used iridiums on my standard 325i... noticed no difference at all... just a deeper hole in my pocket!!!
