I entered my H23 in a hillclimb run by a local car club on Sunday just past. I had a ball, although around 7 minutes competition time over an 8 hour period was a tad on the light side.

I came 27th out of 42 cars - most of the fast ones being turbo 4wd Jap stuff.

My car is standard 22yo tired Hartge, with a 4.10 LSD. It has all its electric windows, mirrors, sunroof, a/c still fitted so isn't particualrly light either (not to mention my 120kg!).

A good day.

Results are on the following link (click on results for 2007 Collinsvale hillclimb) - pics and video will also follow on that website at some stage.

Hi,

I'm getting ready for a hill climb in 6 weeks time, can't wait!. Great to see another Beema on a hill climb.. If you go to: www.manxtrackcars.webeden.co.uk you will see pics from last years hill climb here on the Isle of Man and there is a red Harge competing in that.

Good luck with future events

Ian

Once visited never forgotten - for good reasons!
