Im in the same boat, got stripped tracker woudl like to firm up a touch over the Eibachs as its not for road frollics, got seperates now tho- Konis ajustables, & its a pain for other springs as can't move spring platforms up or down, so i may sell that lot on & go to coilies & then play with spring rates

Asked some seloc fellas on sat at Brands, near 500lbs front, 350 rear was somwwhere near what most run a couple reckoned, others just bought direct off Gaz etc & had no idea.

Might be worth an ask on seloc

I sorted out most of the Gaz so know what most are on ;)

Whats the car, as that effects the rates due to engine wieghts etc

500/350 is a good safe start point, and a fairly forgiving setup I started with 500/275 and its too soft at the back- we have no rear arbs, and I may stiffen the front a bit more too

In the wet its good but getting way too much roll at the front, and lifting a rear wheel more than it could be

PM if you want more info etc
