hiya mate,
made one myself in work, but to be honest i wouldn't have bothered if it's for a performance mod as i don't think it made any diference (i rally mine), a few people i've talked to have said similar things with bought ones too. the best mod i found on the back end was alloy top mounts which made a huge difference. not trying to be the oracle know it all or anythng like that just giving an opinion that may help you :)

if you are interested in having one still, i'm gonna be taking mine out (as i'm putting in an 18 point cage shortly and it will no longer fit along with no longer being required :D . if you like you can buy this one? i'll put a couple of pics up of it for you if you fancy. i'd only want say £20 for it plus i don't know what post would be or if you want to try it and are willing to pay postage costs try it an if you don't want to keep it send it back? up to you i'm gonna stick it up here for sale or on fleabay otherwise.
