Hi all,

I'm looking for advice for options when fitting a swirl pot, I'd like to retain the standard fuel tank which has a single in tank pump walbro 255,

Any pictures and info on what anyone has done would be greatly received?

While not entirely answering your quesiton, see my post HERE to see my swirl pot set up. It uses a lift pump with a pick up pipe in the bottom of the tank to feed the pot.

If you're using the standard in tank carrier and a small pump you just need to take the output hose to feed the swirl pot. The engine return goes to the pot. Then the port on the top of the pot returns to the inlet on the pump carrier. A Walbro 255 is a bit urgent for a feed pump though. Consider your wiring too. A lift pump will add extra draw to the system, a bigger fuse is not he solution, you don't want your fuel pump wiirng being overloaded.

Thanks for that information very useful

I have a swirl pot Im hoping I can squeeze up in along side the fuel tank, and probably swap out the walbro for a standard pump to feed the pot. As for the wiring I'll make up a power circuit and just use the feed from the intank pump to activate a relay
