I pretty much have everything to hit the ground running, all 'SE parts' will be removed and kept/sold as necessary, I have a spare engine, about 12 spare wheels with tyres I could destroy, 3 spare diffs and a welder. The car has been lowered 55mm and being the 4 door variety is bridge fodder anyway I figure what the hell...
Wasn't planning on going mental spending loads of money as being a 320i I was thinking if it goes bang then it goes bang but is there anything blatently obvious I am missing? I know I should probably stick bucket seats and harness in for good measure. Engine has had a recent oil and filters and plugs but wasn't planning on going down the route of a new timing belt or anything expensive (it's just a b20)

Any tips/advice would be great as it is just a random idea I have had and as yet I haven't put much thought in. The car won't be doing track days just drift days with a couple of mates joining in using it and paying for fuel and any bits it might need.
