Hey guys
Recently done the 5 stud conversion on my e30 consisting of 318ti compact rear beam and e36 m3 Evo front hubs/breaks
My questions being;
When buying coilovers am I right in saying I can just buy a set for an e36 m3 Evo and they will fit both the front hubs and the rear or do I have to mis match them and have e36 Evo front coilovers and buy the rear shock/spring specifically for a compact ?
Was hoping to buy BC Racing coilovers, and good/ bad points ?
What do I do in regards to anti roll bars ?
Will the ones from another e36 fit or again will I have to buy brand new ?
It's all going into a fast road car/sleeper
Any help would be much appreciated
Help please

You need E36 M3 fronts and E30 rears. Thankfully for you, BC do a set for the Z3M which is pretty much exactly that.
With a Z3M coilover set, you will use an E30 front ARB and the drop links provided in the set to link it to tabs on the struts. A stock E30 rear arb will be fine. The camber mounts for the top won't fit though. I've not had dealings with BC, but from what I've heard, if you speak to them they might be able to fix you up with E30 mounts that fit the E36 strut tops. If not, RPM or NP Team (on here) can fix you up with custom camber-adjustable mounts. I have the NP Team ones and they are nicely made for the money.
Edit: If you're willing to spend a bit more, Ground Control (US) do a dedicated 5-stud swap E30 kit, using custom valved Koni shocks and Eibach springs in whichever rate you like. Probably looking about £1400 once customs & excise have taken their cut.

Cheers for the response
What sort of money are the Rpm or np adjustable top mounts ?
And you say standard e30 arb, so what's the biggest ones you can get ? I'm guessing a 325 sport ones ?
Or would ones from a z3m fit ?

325i convertable ones are the biggest standard ones. 21.5mm front iirc' can't remember the rear. A rear Z3 roll bar will fit but front won't as the front is E36 based. Think I paid 170 for the NP team mounts with roller bearing upper spring cups too. Unconventional delivery methods...but good folk!
You'll have to specify its to fit the larger M14 threaded strut top in an E30 camber plate.
