Ok I'm going to order my bc coilovers :)
But need some advice on the spring rates
I have an m40 318 coupe which I maybe changing too m42
Going too be used as a fastroad/ track car m, mainly at brands hatch as its on my doorstep
Any advice?

Sadly spring rates that work well on track are not suited for the road, anything you go for will be a compromise, at this stage I would say you are better off deciding what the car will be used for mostly.

I have the bc coils in mine and it is a road legal track car. Easy to switch between soft and hard shocks but that's purely for wet and dry track use I find. On softest settings it's hard on the road.
