I've fitted later smiley style lights but the adjusters are seized and the hydraulic adjuster doesn't have enough range to get them right.
What would a set of new adjusters set me back?

The hydraulic adjuster has a coarse adjustment in the form of the steel threaded rod going forwards from the middle to the headlamp. Screw this adjuster out a couple of turns or so, and the adjustment will come into the range of the fine adjuster.
