I am after price and cutting availability for part 51211900894 (GENERAL KEY ILLUMINATED) which I believe is available but wanted to know if you would be able to cut the key too? or would I have to get cut through a 3rd party or a dealer that offers cutting perhaps?

Hi,

I've received the key last week.

I've only noticed today that on the back you can see the battery bulging ever so slightly and can see the outline of the battery also the light no longer works on the key.

Any ideas? do you think its the battery or the button?

I can upload a pic if you'd like to see it.

No worries.

1 of them shows the outline of the battery and its hard to tell but a slight buldge.

the other photo is of me pressing the button with no light coming on.

When received the light worked, but has been sitting in my keybox since and just today noticed it isnt working.

Thanks for the quick service, the replacement battery sorted it and works a treat - cheers.

I was interested in a few other bits, in particular Z3 short shifter parts for my e30 325i, I believe these parts should be compatible (taken from e30zone z3 short shift page) but if you know of any better options you can supply im all ears
