Any chance you can get hold of the spring loaded valve adjuster tools for M20 engines? Tool number is BMW 3013 from what I can tell.

Hello

I know the tool you refer too but the number you have is not correct, tool part numbers for E30's
are seven digits long.

I have checked everywhere I can think of here but cannot find the correct number.

Yeah that looks like the one! Any idea if that would be the same as this product from Pelican:

From what I can tell it should be exactly the same and work on all m20 engines?

Look right to me, I used to use a bit of welding rod bent to suit back in the day ;-)

Well I was going to use a coat hanger! But then read on some forums that over tightening was a big risk.. maybe that's just overly cautious forum chat though?
