BMW no longer supply this sticker as part of the belt kit. I found that out when I had the belt replaced by my local BMW dealer in my E36 about a year ago. I found that out when I queried this when the car was returned to me. In the end they sent me a blank label FOC.
I did not realise about the price of this plastic sticker!
