I had a breaker try and remove one, he said two clips and a bead of some kind of sealant, but he destroyed it in the process.

Have read that the sealant can be cut with brake cable (fishing line may work too i guess)

Mines rusted through, ground it back and treated in-situ, filled and painted but its come back 2 years later, but dont wont to risk destroying it entirely by removing it!
