Hey, price for these bits?

BMW E36 328i '97 (reg P202 VEU)
Oil Pan Gasket Steel (11 13 1 437 237)
Dip Stick O-ring (11 43 1 740 045)
Thermostat Housing gasket (Cant find part no)
Cam Cover Set of profile gaskets (11 12 0 034 108)
Gasket between oil pump and oil pick up pipe (Cant find part no)

BMW E36 318Ti 80/88 degree radiator temp switch (13621709966)
BMW E34 Throtle Cable 1170mm (35411160611)

How long does delivery usually take? I am not sure if thats all I ll need/ will actually need.
