Afternoon,
can anyone out there supply me with a price for a spring set for a 1991 325i motorsport convertible please?
not sure if there is a lowering kit which is standard to the motorsport vehicle but she sits lower than other E30's out and about. The car is an actual Motorsport and not a standard E30 with a body kit!
any assistance much appreciated.

Chassis number EB96394.
I have recieved a pair of rear springs (3353058543) from BMW at £186 for the pair (OUCH!!).
Again there were no details with regards to the ride hide for the car (i.e. 30mm lower as standard?) the overall height of each spring is 235 mm, if this indeed assists with the search?
Front springs (31331131027) come in at £85 each and therefore a full set would tickle the wallet for nigh on £360, whereas a set of replacement springs are far cheaper for an aftermarket set of Eibach or similar?
Again, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I am keen to keep the car original but this is a tad nippy on the old purse strings when i know there are excellent replacements on the market.
