Need a new cam price request

Hi,
I have noisy cam due to spray bar getting blocked!
Can you give me prices for cam , followers, shafts, cam shaft oil seal & spray bar?
What else would I need?
I want to do it in situ, leave the head on. I recently had cam belt & water pump changed.
