Hi guys,

As you know I'm going to rebuild the aircon system in my 325i Touring, and thought I had ordered everything I needed. On closer inspection, I've missed out on the pressure hose that I've marked with red in the photos. I can't find a part number for it on Real OEM. Can you help?

Regards,

Tony

Hi Brett, I'll email the photos to you when I get access to them again next week, but basically it's the one that goes from the bulkhead, follows the strut turret around ( not straight on down to the drier) and then down to the compressor I think. It has an aluminium foil type shield on it if that makes any sense!?

Tony,

It is part number 64538391051

Item 8 in below picture:
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do ... g=64&fg=60

I am 100% certain, and the R134a one is basically the same as the old R12, however is the one you want.

How very confusing - my diagram for my Touring is different to the one you found Paul:

Tony

the diagrams are not the best things to work off, looking at the pictures i would say its the bottom one that comes out off the bulkhead? if this is the case i would say its the one that goes to the dryer. best thing I can do is quote for both

bulkhead - compressor £154.56 no stock in UK or Germany
bulkhead - dryer £53.95 German order 3-5 working days

Prices inc. E30Zone Discount and VAT delivered to mainland UK
Please call our Parts Dept. on 01242 257999 and quote 64273

There is a P&P cost of £1.99 on all orders under £20

Please remember if you require an urgent response drop our
Parts Department an email

partscheltenham@cotswoldgroup.com

Thanks

Hi Brett,

It's the one that goes from the bulkhead to the compressor (Ross ordered me the other one a few weeks ago). I'll give you a ring this afternoon to discuss. Thanks! :D
