cabrio rear speaker cover clips

hi, I'm looking for metal clips that hold the rear speaker covers in convertable, it's 3 clips on each panel. thank you

edit: and is it possible to buy a battery tray for e30?

the batter tray comes as a complete rear chasiss leg, i would need chasiss number for this
