Looking for a set of pre-facelift light foglights in good condition.

you are aware that they are only about £40 a side from ECP. Meatballs82 can do you a discount on ECP stuff.

They usually go for about £40+ a set for decent used ones.

Well done.! But in my defence, I put my cars reg in, which is 1987.

Along side those lamps it says

"BMW ( 1990)
3 Series Coupe/Cabriolet 2.5"

Technically they are listed wrong as this would be facelift. No wonder I couldn't find them.!

I think you're wrong - my cab rolled off the line in Jan 1990 and it's a preface body with these fog lights. Cabbys were enjoying metal bumpers and preface trim until later in 1990, perhaps around when the H plate came in.

Saloons were converted onto plastic bumper facelift nonsense from 1988 IIRC.


Try using your reg number, you'll get more accurate parts listings.

I saw a set of preface fogs, in good nick sitting at £107 on fleabay a few days ago. I assume they went for more !
