Central locking

Have a problem with central locking. I can unlock all doors from driver side as normal but can't lock? If I close drivers door, reach in from passenger side an push down door pin it locks all then I close passenger door. So central locking still works but not on the drivers side from the outside??

Any ideas?

Also try searching the forum and wiki first. This question comes up all the time.
