E32 735i bits please

Afternoon guys,

E32 735i 1990 VIN - DB33887

I need the voltage regulator within the alternator, but according to realoem there are 6 types of alternator with 2 types of voltage regulator. My alternator has no markings to help me tell which.

So, I need either of the following two, but not sure which. Any chance I can order both and return the wrong one? Any other suggestions?
- VR type 1 - 12311726022
- VR type 2 - 12311735742

I also need:
Carbon brushes - 12311727756 (these are common across all 6 alternators)
Oil filler cap - 11121716993
2x EML throttle body o-rings - 13541716978
