Wobbly headlights!

Hi

My e30 touring has wobbly outer headlights!
There are some little plastic cups that the ball on the end of the adjuster go into and the cups have split. Therefore the lights are not being retained. I'd like to replace all the cups. I've got an MOT Test next Saturday...any chance I could get these in time?

The parts catalogue lists 2 different types:

1. Part number: 63 12 1 378 369
Old part number: 63 12 8 350 142

2. Part number: 63 12 1 386 616 (For verticle aim control)

Not sure which ones I need?
Any help would be appreciated.
