on my 325i touring, i have a stiry like a custard bowl gear lever.

the lever is easy to put in reverse instead of 1st and my wife nearly shot into the houser the other day when meaning to pull off the drive!

i have searched and found that the z3 1.9 lever is the one to go for, but does the kit come with the bits needed to get rid of the sloppyness?

if not, how much is the z3 kit AND the parts?
