hey can anyone tell me what each wire is for on no1 o2 sensor on an m50 vanos 525 '95

No 1 sensor? M50 engines only have one sensor. (every one ive seen has anyway)

M52 engines have two, one in each manifold

Depends which part of the wiring you are looking at also as the colours usually change through connectors

Where in the manifolds are they Dan? near the head or down by the front pipe?

What sensor though mate? Standard M50 sensor, the black is the signal wire and the two white are for the heater, grey is earth I think

M52 sensors are down by the frontpipe joints :wink:
