Trying to convince the wife she would be better off with this. winkeye
(Seller discription)

BMW Racing Dynamics K38.
this car to my knwoledge is the only one in the country as the K35 range was marketed in the UK and this was supposedly the flag ship of the range as its the K38 which means it has the 3.8lt engine as opposed to the 3.5lt.

Racing Dynamics is an american BMW tuning company, based in italy, similar to alpina ac schnitzer, koenig, khan etc.

Engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension, and styling have all been upgraded by Racing Dynamics.

this motor runs 300bhp with 295lb/ft of torque.

It uses oil spray for piston cooling, a 90m crankshaft mated to light weight conrods and forgrd pistons with new, low friction rings.
The exhaust system has stainless steel tubular manifolds with metal catalysts and twin oval pipes.Rewritten motronic software ensures coeecrt ignition and fuelling plus a smooth power curve.
To arness the additional power, the K38 has a modified chassis using Racing Dynamics/sachs gas shock absorbers. Rear unit are adjustable for both height and rebound damping rates. progressive rate springs are wound of pre tempered high grade steel allowing the use of thinner wire diameter than would normally be possible.
This combination lowers the car by around 40mm for a ground huging appearance as well as crisper handling and reduced body roll.
Front brakes are RD/brembo units with 332mm diameter rotors and four piston callipers , which is claimed will stop the car at 100mph in just 4.5 secs. although i may add i've never tried that.
the car has an M5 final drive to make it quicker through the gears.
the wheels are 81/2x17 front with 235/40 and 91/2x17 rear with 275/40 tyres.
The full body kit comprises a front spoiler, slim side skirts an itegrated rear apron and boot spoiler.

this car has been magazine featured which will go with the buyer. i also have the Racing Dynamics brochure of the range which will do the same.

Council Dynamics - it's right up Tom's street.

There was more than 1. I fragged 1 last year. It had some shocking racing dynamics wood steering wheel and interior bits as well as the 3.8 donk complete with rocker cover and 6 branch. I thought £150 was a bit strong ! :D
