Seen this before, i think it has an S14 engine and deff has a seqential box.

In the early E36 STW (and BTCC) was S14B20 which around '94 was replaced by S42.

That is the sound of solid mounted diff not the gearbox. It is always mislead.

Quite good. After some development the S42B20 was over 20 BHP more powerfull than S14B20. BMW Motorsport was extol the basis design of M42 head.
