316i Compact Issue

Hi

I have a 316i compact auto but it is terrible on fuel - i get around 45 miles for Ã‚£10 of fuel

I get much better consuption on my 328i - any ideas on what it coud be? I have serviced the car (oil, filter and plugs) and ran some fuel cleaner through it and it hasnt helped!

I cant smell any fuel leaks from the engine bay either

Engine is a M43

Being serious if you have a fuel leak get to a garage asap and get it looked at a fuel fire is no fun and is guranteed to ruin your weekend.

E30 327i Touring, E36 328i Cab? How many more do you think i need?

Anyway, back on topic - like i said, i cant smell any fuel leaks which is why im wondering where all the fuel is going!
