How easy or difficult is it to get Vader seats for a E36. Been keeping a eye on ebay anywhere else I can check out,???

removing should be a matter of making sure you dont fuck up , unbolt, unclip and remove.
Watch out for airbag wires, make sure the battery is off for safe measure.
unhook the heated seat (if has) cables and the wires for the electric motors for seat adjustment
other than that i cant imagine what else you´d need to watch out for
