If it's totally mint and a good spec (roof, Full OBC, PDC etc etc.) I'd put it at 5k to 6k. e39's are in free fall. Selling my 2000 W plate took forever and that was mint and fully loaded. However, there are loads of chancers out there still wanting 8k for them on this era.

On your side you have good mileage, Mine was on 92K. That went for 7k cash about 10 months ago. At the lower end of the e39 scale, my mate has a 96 p 523, a superb car but it has done the miles. We got that for 1500 quid which is slap bang in the e34 money stakes. nearly bought an S plated 528 tourer the other day wit 110k up for 2750 quid. On the phone it sounded okay....same old story when I got there. Rough as a badgers arse.

We (Glass's guide) value it at £6475 Dealer retail with a trade value of £4475, thats for a car with 72k on it, the one you are looking at obvoiously has slightly less but stil the milage adjustments only allow another £25 on top of those values.
Hope that helps.
