Ok, I'll rephrase.... I've been driving a beaten up e30 325i auto for 4 months with a different colour bonnet and missing centre caps from the BBS wheels!

As fun as it is, it'll be nice to get back into a newish car with some luxury!

dont flame me... I'm an e30 man at heart... but couldnt resist this one!

Looks a lovely car, don't see why people flame newer cars on here as they are much better in many ways than an E30, a teacher at school had one, always admired E30's though.

It'd be a waste of my (rather handy) legs probably!

Ho hum.. They are retro cool (not my legs, E30's)

If you have a passion for a particular car, no matter how good any other cars are they just dont compare

i will probably always have one, be it the M3 ( too much of an inverstment to let go), a run around (cheap and i know my way round them ) or track day car ( i live they way they drive ) but nothing is a guarantee

i'll always like them but i'd rather a nice newer car as everyday transport

This is my e46 330ci, i've been put in a situation where i have to choose between the 46 and the 30. As nice as the 46 is i chose the 30 with the added benefit of being able to do the work on the 30 from selling the 46. Its still for sale though! When its sold i'll replace it with another 46 but a 320d saloon.

chill mate, wasnt directed directly at you and i'm all for personal opinions.

I'm as die hard e30 as any one else can claim to be, i will always have a passion for them and will probably always have one ( i will always have one 80's BMW my dads e24 635csi or the M3 both if have the space)

are you taking your car to the grave with you ?

I really do love E30's and will defiantly have an M3 one day!

No other car appeals to me as much as M3 but i would rather have E36/E46 as a daily driver as they are so much better. If i could afford the insurance that's probably what i would have.

Oh well we're all on here for one reason we love E30's.

The 330ci is an awesome piece of kit, pretty much the perfect daily driver.

As much as i love my M3 i dont think i could have an e30 as a daily driver
