Any pointers on how to correct the milage on an facelift i.e. OBDII 1997 E36, as I need to add 23K miles to the current milage as the current cluster is under reading...

Also I hear that its possible to remove the topspeed without a remap?

The cluster has a micro8 chip which needs to be either removed or have the code altered with the correct read.

On line 4 the code starts with chassis number and then milage, alter this, refit the chip and away you go.
