2002tii head torque settings

Does antbody know the torque setting for putting the head back on a 2002tii, in a bit of a hurry as well because I want to do it tonight...

Thanks I just found it on a website there. Going to finish that now. A quick question, are 2002tii fuel pumps generally loud? It can be heard as clear as day and I'v been told that it's common but not a problem...
