they bought it for £950 and sold it for £1900, but all in it cost them £1800 to buy & restore

No idea buddy, I've only owned it a couple of months !320iAN wrote:nice car mate, did they take care of it while they filmed Mike driving it
It was in a bit of a shabby state when I bought it though, dented front valance, bust radiator, aircon not working, suspension not fitted properly, bald tyres, rear washer not working, front washers not working, sunroof jamming etc etc
It seems that Steve (the owner at the time of the show) let it develop into a bit of a turd after the filming, the next owner (who I bought it from) had sorted the big stuff like cracked head.
Cheers,

Christ I spent 'over a grand on that car.'
Dash was cracked and replaced.
Interior was a total mess. And airbrushed in the advert. Sourced & Replaced all worn parts.
Replaced brake lines.
New brakes
New Head
New Battery
The 'lad Steve' was more concearned with putting silly chrome shit inside.
Than having the car working.
Ian's working his magic with nappies and his new toy!.
