Hello all....
I'm looking to
Can anyone advise on the best way to insure a car that you are not driving/using?
Reason..... I'm looking to buy a 911 but if I buy it now I will want to put in the garage and tidy it up over a couple of months and only start driving it in May.
Cheers,
Alex

laid up cover it's called, my alpina is on this £80 for the year. It has to be in a locked garage and your covered for accidents i.e dropping paint all over it for example

no problem! if you then decide to start driving it during it's "laid up" period you just phone them and they adjust the premium on top of what you have paid fro laid up and off you go
