You should be asking this on E36.coupe.com not on a E30 forum :!:

Depends on history, age etc. Also depends on how motivated the seller is...

Surely thats the idea of "other BMW chat" !

I think its an R reg, definately is the 3.2 engine.

Its been for sale in a garage near me for well over a year now, started at 9995k and its slowly worked its way down to 5995k now.

Its not for me, my mate is interested in it and i viewed it with him last weekend and i must say it was really nice.

I suppose what i was wondering also was how they compare in value to coupes.

Obviously not as desirable as its been for sale for so long! But then the price is relevant to that i guess......

£6k is a feckin good price for an R plate Evo saloon with just 62k on the clock. What colour is it?

I think I prefer the look of the M3 saloons to the Coupes... especially if there's no rear spoiler!

Thats not a bad price at all, however you have to remember that the resale on these is never as good as the coupe, mind you thats obvious as he has come down 4k.

If it has all of the toys, is hpi clear, clean and the vanos sounds ok then its got to be worth that.

I can't stress how difficult they are to sell though, see if he will take 5 :)

Yea good price that, however prices are coming down, a friend got an estoril blue m3 evo coupe on an s plate with 80k and eibach suspension/ACS wheels for 6k recently and its a very nice one.

I'd try to haggle abit more, the saloons are better in some respects, stiffer body etc. but lack vaders and the visuals of the coupe.. i'd see if he will let it go for circa £5,500.. and check to see if the vanos has been done.

The colour, hmmm tis odd that one, a light blue ish type... (not estoril)

Is obviously hard to shift as the dealers had it around a year, it does actually have ths vader front seats! Going for another look tomorrow so ill check the correct colour when im there and verify all the toys before we make a lower offer than the screen price winkeye

Get it HPI'd, sounds a bit funny if he's not managed to sell it for that long ?

If it's all sweet then it's a lot of car for the money

my m8 sold his p plate technoviolet 4dr m3 evo with 85k on it just before xmas for 6k, but it was totally imaculate, but he did have it for sale a while, id say its a very good price if its all ok, sounds like the colour might not be up to every 1`s taste maybe thats why its been around a while?
