m5 cabriolet? you been smoking neil?
the m5 touring is fantastic. thats going to piss many people off when they get shut down by it.
So funny how the market is changing, as you know there was never an m5 touring over here as it was not justifyed, there was basically not a big enough market to warrant making them. Whats more bmw know they will sell plenty of them now, and quite rightly so.
But just think. many of these will be unwanted in around 15odd years time, as they will be cheap, and when the electrical stuff goes wrong(which it has plenty of) people wont want to know.

best stick with an evergreen E34 M5 touring then, i'm sure if you looked after one it would out live yourself given half the chancejonb wrote:m5 cabriolet? you been smoking neil?

These things are so complex that I have to say I would be scared of owning one outside warranty.jonb wrote:m5 cabriolet? you been smoking neil?

Just look at E39 M5 prices! I think the E60 will depreciate in the same manner.
E34 M5 Tourings are holding price well but its not everyone's cup of tea.
They should have made an E36/E46 Touring.
