i was wondering if anyone can tell me how i can find out wat engine is in my 5series any website i could go on that would show pics of different engines
this is the engine all i kno is its a 2.5

Won't it be a b25 then rather than a b20?

M50 non Vanos. It'll be an H, J or maybe even an early K plate but it was built 90-92. I take it this is an engine for an E30 conversion?? If so it's pretty much the perfect engine for you.
