I beleive the phrase " ive just done a sex wee" covers it quite well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gaffa tape is like "the force" - it has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together.
There's nothing that shouts "Poor Workmanship" more than wrinkles in the Gaffer tap

Each to their own i guess mate.

Dont forget that the spoiler was there for a reason - these cars were only made so BMW could dominate group 2 touring cars

I reckon the spoiler looks just right on the race car on which the road car was based

Its a lovely car and brings back a lot of memories for me

A good mate of mine owned it for years and totally rebuilt it before selling it in 2004

It was the 1st race car i ever got a ride in

Absolutely stunning car in original form but with the full touring car kit on has to be one of my favourite BMW's

Nice one Ben, would love to have had a go in one of those.

The same guy still has a couple, he was at the PBMW day at brands the other week in an orange CSL racer if you were there/seen any pics

Hes always happy to give rides to genuine enthusiasts like yourself, if you see any of his cars on a track day just ask him

Quality, i think a few few zoners will have there track weapons ready for this spring/summer. Should be a good crack, looking forward to it.

Out of curiosity, how many miles are you gonna put on the engine before you track it Ben?

Well it wasnt a full engine rebuild, the bottom end wasnt touched so i dont think it needs to many. My plan is to use the car every day (weather permitting) in may then take it back for a service. After that i reckon it should be ready for the track

Thats actually the car Clarkson drove in the E46 CSL feature on the Isle of Man. Owner has been trying to sell it for ages. So I would guess the price is negociatable too.

Heres the kicker though. This CSL or a "well known" immaculate Macau Evo2 E30?

Virtually the same money remember...
