Hi I was wondering if anyone knows how to set/programme a factory fitted alarm so that the indicators flash when setting alarm.The car is a 1996 316i Compact.Someone in another place says go to the dealer but I thought I would try the TOP TEAM in the Zone.

There is no way to switch indicators on or off on a e36 factory alarm using the programmer, they should always flash on arming/disarming. Check the wiring, the alarm system should connect to the wiring plug onto the hazard light switch should be a blue/red wire.
