Can anybody tell me how to alter the Headlights on a Series 1 2005 May for Foreign travel.Thank you.

you need to buy a set of sticky beam adjusters that stick to your headlights,you can get them from most bp petrol station for a few quid. leagal requirement so dont forget them!!

it should say in the owners manual thing mate!
On my dads 02 530d there is a cap on top of the headlight when you lift the bonnet and you just flick the thingy across and replace the cap

we get so many people coming into my dealership with questions like this, and "how do i adjust the tyre pressures and reset the RDC light?"
EVERYTHING is in the manual. if you dont wanna look, theres a lever that you have to tilt down or up to adjust the pattern...

Headlights.
A few weeks ago I posed a question about adjusting the lights on a Series 1 headlights for foreign travel.Apart from the cleaver people,"it's in the Manual" answers I have found out how to adjust them.Thank you all for your interest in my plight.
