lol, instead of getting rid of the wife, make the effort and sweet talk her!!! My hubby drives me nuts pouring money into cars, but every now and then he makes a killing and covers all the losses and he gets back in my good books!!

gotta wonder why they aint don the MOT work (shocks and rear brakes) and sold it for wads of cash with an MOT?

9pm on Saturday the auction ends... kinda crap timing for Gaydon if you ask me! And it's in Suffolk... a little bit too far to drive on Saturday night to get it, check it and take it to the show... Grrrrr!

It looks like a sweet car. I reckon this has been on Ebay before though, I remember seeing one very similar not so long ago.

I reckon it'll fetch a little bit more than £1k by the end though. :?

slight discrepancy on the ad, he says the power is 245bhp and a 0-60 in 6.3 secs then later on in the ad says the bhp is 260 and 0-60 in 6.2!

wonder if these have any particularly special kind of dampers on which would be why they haven't bothered to fettle the relatively small jobs for the MOT?

does look a wonderful chariot though, the cow catcher front spoiler really goes well with the shark nose front end, much better than on E30's.

wonder what it'll fetch in the end. £1200 with 3 days to go and 19 bids made.....

Giles, I'll give you £200 for the E38 :D
