Not me :D but my mate is going to look and maybe buy an E36 M3 on Saturday on an L or M reg marked up at £4000. All he wants to know is what to look out for, mainly bad points for buying! any help will be appreciated. thanks

Dont expect much help from here as guess what? We all drive E30's :D I think you'll get a much better response on the E36Coupe forum :wink:

you could also try modifiedm3.co.uk and bimmerowner.co.uk.
Silly things to check would be the windows don't fall into the door, i have had bad experience with that. tapping sound from engine. usual rusty bits round the back arches also windows does drop when you open the door.
