Does anyone know how much a full set of fuel lines for a 525 cost and where I can get them from? would it be cheaper to get them fabricated? and is it financially viable to change all fuel lines? I just had to have a corroded line repaired and been advised all lines are in varying levels of corrosion. Its a 1990 M20 auto.

I had a 525i on a G plate that had similar issues.

From the stealer, the pipes round/over and away from the tank came to £115 inc all fittings.

front to rears are relatively easy to make yourself.

Biggest bitch I think would be gettin the tank out to do the tricky ones 8O

the £115 just gets you the lines-fitting could be a 2hr or a 2day nightmare 8O

Removing the tank is not a bad job TBH, you can swop the pipes out without fully removing it too.
