Can anyone give me an opinion of what its worth?

Late 1990 on private plate.
No MOT/TAX(both ran out in January)
Not heard running but apparently runs/drives perfect
Full Grey leather, all electric inc rear blind which is all very good condition
Black paint looks dent/scratch frre and very tidy
Factory dechromed inc grill

Been offered it this morning, went to see it but didnt see the owner.
He wants me to make an offer for it.
He originally said he wants about £500 for it but i think thats a bit much?

Dont even know what id do with it yet,Break it/MOT it but just thinking money/profit to be honest!

Got a couple of pics on my phone ill try and post up!

Any ideas?

i paid £100 fro a 735i e32 with 6 months tax and test,

so the 750il is probably worth about £150 max if engine is good and gearbox is sweet.

no ticket= possible horrors abound

Of course, a manual gearbox would be the hardest part to find :(

huge buckets of trouble if they go wrong though, excellent cars, but not to be run on a tight budget. They can go for £2.5/3k if in exceptional condition, but if they're rough they struggle to sell.

Bullet proof engine, electrical nightmare if any of the toys pack up.

The older 7's are all having trouble selling at the higher prices, but what a car for the money when they're going OK.

Decided to give it a miss!

Did get the guy down to £300 though, some car for that money, but as has been said, far too much to go wrong.

cam problems on the V12 are normally down to an owner some where down the line cutting corners where servicing is concerned.
